Hotel location is perfect, right next to the main avenue, 2 minute walk from metro station and a few minutes walk away from the city centre, train station that goes to Cintra and many other city attractions. Hotel itself was incredibly chic, the style was immaculate. All of the hotel staff were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating, top tier service through and through. Hotel rooms were perfect size, fitted with everything that was necessary and also a nespresso machine with complimentary espresso cups and water refilled every day. As a light sleeper it seemed that the sound proofing was great and it was incredibly easy to get a restful night of sleep after trekking along the hilly roads of Lisboa! Hotel also offers laundry service that I personally had to use and it was done in matter of hours. Breakfast served the classic hotel offerings but it was top quality, staff also were very kind to provide lactose free products when requested. I didn't have the chance to try the restaurant but the bar was great with the option to hang out in a lovely secluded garden terrace. On the whole, this was a perfect experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to make their stay at Maxime Boutique Hotel when traveling to Lisabon!

The hotel is right in the center of old Lisbon - next to the subway, train station, beach. We walked all day around enjoying the views. The breakfast was superb, it had everything: eggs, mushrooms, potatoes patties, omelets, fruits, cereals, coffee of different kinds (the best was espresso with milk). Room was nice, and bed was really comfortable. It was walking distance to hopon - hopoff bus. I am glad we did that as it feels like we saw the city. We took 3 lines - red, blue and castles. Also, since hotel is very close to the train station - 5 mins walk, we took train to Sintra and went to Pena gardens. Best day ever. And all these great memories and discoveries because the hotel was so close to everything. Also hotel has burlesque shows. Unfortunately, they did not have any during our stay. If day is not important to you, pick the one with the show.

Wonderful and interesting hotel with helpful and kind staff. Clean rooms decorated in a really special style to honour the past of the building that once was a cabaret...there is a lot of history to read between the lines. Stylish and different, with comfortable beds and pillows, spotless housekeeping and a lovely little enclosed garden terrace to hang around and have a drink. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice of cooked food, cold cuts, cheese, fruit and pastries. The location is perfect for exploring the city, near all the major sights, walking distance from Bairro Alto and other places of interest, while situated in a quiet street, so you get a decent night's sleep. Very friendly and proffessional reception staff as well as the breakfast room staff. I really enjoyed staying in Maxime hotel and would love to return.

The hotel is very clean and walking distance to metro and the city centre. Staff are really helpful and friendly. They let us have packed breakfast on the day we went to an early day tour. The bar is open daily and it was a nice place for us to chill in the evening. NVNO looked after us very well. He said, he makes the best sangria in the world, and he is right. The restaurant is open on our last night so we had the chance to try the food- and it was delicious. MIRO showed us his excellent costumer service- he was very professional and attentive.

From the outside, the hotel doesn’t look like much, but inside there’s a surprise waiting. Beautiful and stylish interior, very pleasant staff, generous breakfasts, and you absolutely must not miss the local cabaret show! The food during the show was fabulous, the performers were excellent — it’s a pity there weren’t more of us in the audience; the hotel probably doesn’t promote it enough, for example through social media. Great location in the city center.
